1 - Question : Are there items that cannot be returned?

 

- Anything with teats where the packing seal(s) has/have been broken.

 

- All with teething rings in which the packaging seal(s) has/have been broken.

 

- All special baby cuddly toys in which the packaging seal(s) has/have been broken.

 

- Items falling under "Lamps" have a certain burn time and can no longer be returned after opening the packaging.

 

- Items that are inflatable, as soon as they are inflated, cannot possibly be sold as new.

 

We check all returns on the aforementioned 5 points, this in order to sell unsaleable products or products which can cause damage to humans by acting unhygienic. We do not ship hygiene products that are clearly used to other customers.

 

2 - Question : The article is not a hygiene article as mentioned above, can I always return it?

 

Items that have been tested beyond the legal requirements are also not allowed to be returned.

 

- Items have not been used, but the testing of electronic items may be kept in a new condition.

 

- Track attachment tags have not been removed.

 

- Articles are not washed.

 

- Items that fall under baby aids must not have been used.

 

3 - Question : What should I do if an item comes to a standstill?

 

Articles that have arrived defective, please mail via the Bol.com platform or Amazon Platform, then we are right all the information at hand.
